John worked in retail from 1986-1993 and gained the position of branch manager with a prominent Sports retailer at the age of 21. It was during this time that the importance of customer service was ingrained in his thinking. He then followed family tradition moving to catering, firstly working in Banqueting and then at the North Sea Fish Restaurant WC1. Dawn has been a fresh fish wholesaler since 1990. She is the daugther of an Aberdeen fish merchant with a family history stratching back through generations to Icelandic fishermen.Dawn has featured in several national publications and on TV for her "Success in a man's world". Together they decided to open a resaturant, the basis being founded upon top quality product and service in relaxed and comfortable surroundings.
